3 year old kids are nota allowed to go with mother in the same bathroom facilties as of other gender.

I am a long time gym member with my 2 kids and am schocked how Virgin Active promotes to be child and gfamily friendly but actually has rules in place that as a mother you can not use their facilities like other members but you still pay for it. My son turned 3 years and he is NOT allowed to use the shower facilities after we go swimming together. Reason is he is a male and is in a female bathroom. So I have the option to send a 3 year old one alone to the male bathroom or use their their so called FAMILY changing room which is labeled as handicaped or gender neutral. In each Virgin Active ( I am a member who can use all clubs) in\s ONE of these bathrooms, the oldes and ugliest room, most of the time with a cold shower (Wembley Square) and no hairdryer (Table View). On top of it is ONE room for ALL members so all handicaped people, gender neutral people and all mother who have male kids or vis versa must use this ONE rom. So please either revamp your family rooms as where should we try our hair after swimming, must I send my 3 old alone to the male bathroom or what? Or make family times so if people feel distrubed bu a 3 year old in a female bathroom they dont come certain times. Am sad that Vrigin active is selling their products to families bit actually dont want kids in their facilities
