2nd time pilates teacher does not show up

Today is the second time that the pilates teacher did not show up - the yoga teacher gave the class at 8:15 and 9:15 was supposed to be the pilates class. Please get your timetables right - especially over public holidays as you waste people's time. I was not the only person that was waiting for pilates, and then they offered to give a killer abs class. I did not want to do killer abs so I walked out. I was also not able to do any other exercise as I only had yoga shoes with me and had to wait around for an hour for my husband to be done with his exercise - not on Virgin Active, and this the second time this happens. I would like to compliment Ronel Grove, she is an excellent instructor and I love her classes.
