26 Week Misleading Milestone Campaign

Dear Virgin Active South Africa,

Last year on the 15th of August 2025, I received a communication that I will obtain a reward for smashing 26 weeks milestone. I was adviced to complete a Google’s form to claim the reward which I did. It’s been over 6 months now I have not yet received any form of communication regarding the reward. I cannot blame my current club as I believe this should come from Virgin Active South Africa (National).

Therefore, may I humbly request that the organisation should stop promotional campaigns that cannot be fulfilled or subjected to availability of goods. Remember that our membership is not subjective, it’s mandatory.

Thanks in advance for your consideration and moving forward I will not follow up regarding this query as I can conclude that I won’t receive a simple bag that was promised.
