1month free lie created unexpected charges for me

Last week tuesday i went to the gym in Wonderboom to pay my memberahip. When i got the i found two ladies. I was going to pay by card. They stopped me and told me that i don't have to pay for my membership this this month. They said Virgine Active is giving me the last week of August and the full month of septemeber free. I then left went home changed came back to gym. This morning i was shocked to find a debit unpaid from Virgine Active. My account has no funds as that is why i was trying to pay for my gym early. Now I have an unpaid membership from Virgine and my bank is charging me for this unpaid debit. How will i gym in a case like this. Now I have to pay twice next month for the gym when i was fed the wrong information by your staff.
