13-year Membership

I have been a Vitality Member with VA for 13years - there is an exercise that was done online for April that needs to be shown as Gym visit for my Vitality - I just receive emails that my query will resolved and i received one email THAT DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER MY QUESTION. To show this as a gym visit will not be a loss to VA but if my membership is cancelled WILL I DEFINITELY go to another gym - is 13years of premiums really worth it over 1visit?????
