10x I huff, and things are still not corrected

Hello,

I am going to keep this short and sweet.

1. I have previously given debit order authorisation for one of your members.

2. Subsequently, the member and I have separated and I have managed to cancel/subvert all debit orders for services which the member only benefited from the services.

3. On numerous occassions, I have contacted the call centre stating under strict terms that they I revoke their authorisation to utilise the debit order.

4. I've been told that this is not possible as the member needs to update the debit order details, and she has been evasive.

5. I explicitely suspended her account, since I am the payer, with explicit instructions recorded on the system that the account can only be unsuspended if the debit order details change.

6. The Sunninghill branch explicitely ignored the instruction recorded on the system and reactivated the member's account which subsequently a debit order was actioned.

7. I contact the Call Centre and once again the agents promise they will get back to me with results. I'm disappointed again, but not surprised.

8. The key issues is that Virgin Active does not understand how to follow instructions, and there is lack of follow up.

I have tried calling on your mobile to no avail but would really like to assist you. I have emailed you for more information on the membership that you were paying so that I can try and sort this out.
