Imbeciles!!!!!! dealing with an unprofessional, non-competent YOLISA at VIRGIN ACTIVE HEAD OFFICE.....Got Stomped.... After being advised from there legal collections MBD that my account is more then 10 years of age and this account has now been prescribed..... MBD emailed a letter stating that the account is now closed. Virgin active braamfontein confirms the receipt of the letter from MBD and that the arrears are closed, I in turn sign a new contract and continue to train for a week, after a week of training I receive a call from a Imbecile name YOLISA stating that i have to make payment of an outstanding account of 10 years ago, after it has been confirm the account is written off and i may proceed to gym. A COMPANY WITH NO REGARD FOR THE LAW, THAT CLEARLY STATS IF AN ACCOUNT IS MORE THEN 3 YEARS IT PERSCRIBES!!!! **************** NOW VIRGIN ACTIVE WANTS TO FORCE THIS MONIES OUT OF ME!!! REALLY !!! SO MUCH FOR DOING BUSINESS IN AN ETHICAL MANNER, IM LEAD TO THINK THAT THIS COMPANY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT MORALS AND VALUES.
