<p>On the 30th of August I called the call Centre to freeze my membership for 2 months since I'll be writing exams. And also to ask them if I possible to pay the "admin fee" of R265 on the 15th and the lady I spoke transferred me to the financial department and we agreed that I'll pay the admin fee on the 16th but now I'm surprised that you guys tried taking R530 into my account on the 1st of September and the transaction bounced now I owe the bank R230 because of your carelessness. No man this is unacceptable. </p>
