Virgin Active what kind of a Customer service is that
@VirginActiveSA @VirginActiveHazeldean My phone was ****** at Hazeldean Virgin Active on the 27th of August- right inside a locked locker whilst I was taking a shower. Four days later(Monday 31st August), I attended the club with two police officers to view the CCTV footage, as arranged by email using the Police Case Number ***. The club manager refused access to the footage, insisting on a subpoena, despite confirming that she had already viewed the footage herself. The manager also claimed that the locker lock was "not working" and that this was recorded in an incident report. When I enquired when was the incident report opened, that information was not forthcoming. This is false. I did not report a faulty lock, was never asked to complete or sign an incident report, and still have not received a copy despite requesting for one. A lady who was in the change room at the time told me she could identify staff member with suspicious behavior but no action taken .
