Viper Wheel & Tyre no refund on faulty Bridgestone tyres

I bought a set (4) of brand new Bridgestone Dueler A/T 697 from Viper Wheel & Tyre. 2 of the tyres was faulty and it was acknowledged by Bridgestone in Montague Gardens. Bridgestone agreed to take all 4 tyres back and refunded Viper Wheel & Tyre 100%. Viper refused to refund me 100% and only refunded the amount that Bridgestone gave him. So Viper decided to make profit on faulty Bridgestone Tyres. They recently moved from Somerset West to Okavango.
