Up your game or get out of the business !!

<p>One of the items bought from them was an unwanted gift - Aquaswiss Ladies Diamond Watch- which was returned via registered mail at the post office (their preferred channel) on the 23rd March 2017. We were informed by them that a refund will be processed within two weeks of the return and now 6 weeks later , we are still following up with them regarding the refund. We receive curt responses and stupid excuses from the so-called 'gentleman' , and absolutely no feedback if we do not follow up. As a site that supposedly retails only high end products to members only, their treatment of their customers is disgusting. Align your service to your products or get out of the business.</p>
