WORST EVER
As an owner, you do not want to find yourself in business with VIP Properties. All the reasons people get agents to avoid, you will deal with them and more. Basically having these bunch of *********** halfwits is worse than dealing with tenants yourself. Late overpayments, no care for property, shortage of rental money. THE WORST IN THE BUSINESS! You'd think by changing the person you liaise with would help... but you would be greatly mistaken. You are just jumping out of the pan and straight into the fire. DISGUSTING BUNCH!

05 Oct 2022, 09:31Imagine having an agent that tells you that overpayment will not be done if the tenant hasn't paid. What is the point of having them in the first place? What is the deposit for? These ones are sitting on their brains!
