VIP failure to manage people's properties

I gave the VIP properties my flat to manage. For 4 years I am telling you it was a mess. A geyser, stove, doors all ******. Again the windows, floors and walls needed serious refurbishment. There were people staying there, who are foreigners and I think were undocumented. They were refusing to move out and when they did it was through my effort, VIP properties represented by Dominic and Liezel never assisted me. I had to spend money a lot for that matter to refurbish the whole apartment, without their assistance. I just wish to say to anyone who have a property that please do not ever give it to the VIP properties especially if you are an African they will destroy it and will never assist you. They do not visit properties they are managing and they do not do any assessment when renting out your property. They take anyone who goes to them with money to start staying whether they will pay going forward they care not.....So please do not give those guys your property to manage, they are useless.
