No care for clients

I have rented from VIP Properties from 2016 January. They have absolutely no care for their clients. In my last residence with them I stayed for a year and 4 months, and none of the broken things which I reported was ever fixed. The only time they ever sent someone to come repair damages was when the ceiling fell off after a storm. Even that job was never 100% finished. I eventually moved out on the 30th September 2017. Since then I have not been given my rental deposit back. All my emails have been ignored. I have not even been told how much I am getting back after they settled my last electricity bill. Talking to them is like talking to a brick wall.
