Flat is locked but I have not default on my rental

I apply for rental in June for July. I have sent them the bank statement and all the requirement they needed and I have asked to calculate how much should I pay for 5 months, I then transfer the money same time I sent them the proof. 5 months later they told me I owe them 800, the first they didn't know how that is possible. Later they came back and told me , they didn't include the admin fees. I then explain I earn commission, I don't have money but what I can do is to budget to pay on my last instalment when I move out.<br> <br> On Friday they called me that I should write that down and email them I did. when I came back around 7:00 my flat was locked and I had no cent in my pocket, my friends are gonne for long weekend , I then slept in he car. Till today they have not opened for me.<br> <br> Please assist me, now they told me I need to pay R1000 extra to open. <br> <br> Is this right...Please someone help me please
