AVOID VIP AT ALL COSTS

Terrible experience with VIP properties as the Owner of a property that they were the rental agents for. They never conducted any inspections during the time, so when the tenant absconded and I eventually saw the state of the apartment is was completely wrecked. According to the contract in place, if the tenant absconds, the FULL deposit is due to the owner. They then continued to deduct their commission from the deposit amount. I am sure this is *******. They take days to respond to any query asked. They are never available telephonically. YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THEM.
