VIP Platinum ***** to hack your bank account

Hi all. Just a heads-up. I received a call from a lady saying she is phoning from Capitec & asked if I authorized a debit order on my savings account. I said I did not & she said that they will decline the debit order. Moments later another lady phoned me (might I add True caller named the second call as ***** Investigator, which seems legit) and confirmed that there was an attempted ********** transaction on my account and want to confirm that I want to block the company (VIP Platinum) from attempting any future debit orders. She then said that I should change my authorization pin as it seems my account has been hacked. She then wanted me to give her my remote banking pin over the phone. NEVER give you pin or any OTP to anyone over the phone. I ended the call & went to my bank just now. They confirmed that it was not them & they will NEVER ask for any pins over the phone. So please be careful. They ask very legit question (except for the pin part) and even True caller picks up a name that seems legit.
