SERIOUSLY?????

I went to get a quote on my car which another panelbeater didn't fix. <br> Amadeous said he would send me the quote on Friday. Nothing happened. <br> So I called today and he tells me that I need to go find the parts for my car and he will fit them for me! <br> SERIOUSLY? <br> Do you go to a restaurant and the chef tells you to go buy the food and he'll cook it for you??? <br> Then I was told how busy they are!<br> Isn't a customer a customer??? <br> Kathy then steps in and tells me that they are doing me a favour!!!!! HOW IS IT A FAVOUR WHEN I AM WILLING TO PAY THEM TO FIX MY CAR!!! IRRESPECTIVE OF WHAT HAPPENED BEFORE OR HOW YOU HAD YOU HAIR CUT BEFORE KATHY!!!!!!<br> <br> I'M ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR ATTITUDE AND I HOPE MORE PEOPLE READ THIS BECAUSE THEN MAYBE THEY WOULD BEGIN TO APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMERS THEY DO GET!!!!!
