Pathetic service and empty promises.

<p>I have chosen to use this company to do the repairs on our company vehicle through the insurance.</p> <p>The vehicle was send in more than a month ago with not serious damage mostly parts replacements,i am still waiting on the vehicle to be completed.</p> <p>Not once did i get any update from them regarding the progress of the vehicle.I even send them an mail about my dissatifaction regarding their poor service and did not even get a response from them.</p> <p>I had to phone and even drive to them to get information on progress, only to be be told they are waiting on spares and promises i will have the vehicle by the end of the week which is now more than a month.</p> <p>I went to them today the 14.03.2017 at 12h30 pm again for an update,the progress on the vehicle is still the same when i were there two weeks ago.I was informed i will have the vehicle this friday 17.03.2017 whereby i insisted they put in on black and white.I won't reccomend this company to anyone to have their vehicle repairs done by them.STAY AWAY FROM THEM EVEN IF IT'S THE ONLY PANELBEATERS AVAILIBLE.Do the repairs yourself and i gaurentee you will do a better job yourself.</p> <p>Pathetic company.</p>
