Delaying tatics and no accountability from managem

I have sent my car to VIP PANEL BEATERS in Wynberg to get it repaired after an accident I was involved in, on th 30th of September 2015, I was told by the management in reception that the car would be ready in two weeks. After a month of October had nearly passed I sent my son to go find out what is the status of the car as no one from VIP bothered to call me. My son was told that they had the bumper and taillights and should be there in a week. From then on it's been one excuse after another till this very day (13.11.2015) <br> <br> No one at VIP panel beaters is taking me serious and I am upset as this is my only source of transport. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere all I need now is my car please. Please help anyone!
