VIP Movers!!! Worst exprience of my life!

I relocated from Bedfordview to Westbrook Durban for work. I didn't want the stress of moving with two kids and being a single mother. So I hired VIP Movers to come in and move my stuff. I was assured that my move would be stress free!! I was told that I would have a crew and a supervisor on the day of the move. I was told an inventory list would be drawn up, this was not done, When the crew got there they refused to load my stuff and asked me to pay them more. The supervisor couldn't even speak English, he is from Somalia. Eventually when they started moving my stuff, they were throwing my boxes around, I was in a state. They damaged the walls as they moved stuff out. When the truck got to Durban and w started offloading, my very nice white furniture had huge deep scratches on it , tables broken, my tv shattered, it was wrapped in bubble wrap, all my lamps broken, boxes missing. I had to hire 2 extra guys that I had to pay to help with the offloading. when they were done, the supervisor made my daughter who is no of age sign that goods were received in good order!!! I took out insurance on my load, as advised by VIP. Just to find out that it only covers if there truck is hi-jacked, or rolls!!!!! All I can say is that they sub-contract so many times that you actually don't even know who you are dealing with. I have to replace and fix all the stuff that was damaged.... great start to my new life!! Thank you VIP Movers!!!!!!
