VIP movers and Peters mini movers bad service

Horrible. The day of moving another company called Peters mini movers came, vip movers instructed them to do so. They came with no boxes, the people don't know how to pack stuff. Worse part on the the of delivery. My couch was missing, like how do you miss a couch. Till today it's missing. Been calling sending emails nothing seems to work. It's two weeks now. SO PLEASE ANYONE WITH HELP, HOW DO I REPORT THIS, TO WHOM? your help will be greatly appreciated
