Unfair treatment from VIP Movers

In April 2021 i was moving back to Pretoria from Durban then i went to the website to look for a moving company which was affordable and VIP Movers gave me a great price which was a blessing since i had lost my job due to Covid so everything was good in the beginning the price was fairly good i paid half then the other half before the furniture arrives in Pretoria when the furniture got to Pretoria i had financial problems and i opted for the furniture to be stored at their storage which was may, june, july then between june i paid R600 for my furniture not to be auctioned then end of july i told them am going to pay the full due amount which was R4499 but end of the month was on saturday when i got a notification but couldn't pay because the money will only reflect monday then monday morning i payed the full amount of R4500 to settle my account only to be told i need to pay R1499 for august storage by that time i didn't have more money as i have to hire transport to fetch my furniture and they wanted close to R2000 (VIP Movers) so i had to look for a cheap transport as i had no money then my furniture remained at their storage come September i got an invoice asking me to settle the account which was R3895 which shocked me that i just paid R4500 in August a month later i have to pay R3895 then i responded on the email which was sent on the 6th of September even now 10 days later (10/09/2021) no respond from VIP Movers. I want to know why the invoice was R3895 when i have paid R4500 on the 2nd of august and i have proof and whatsapp message from one of the people i was working with there.

What hurts me the most is that they know what covid did to most people and they still want to milk poor people i don't have more money if they want to auction my furniture let them do it because am unemployed my family is sleeping on the floor no tv or other appliances we always borrow from people and they start to refuse which i totally understand why they refused.
