They leverage your own belongings for more money after full settlement

I read a few mixed reviews about VIP movers and i decided to power through and use them. Biggest mistake of my life. 3 weeks after they picked up my house content and i still don't have all my things. The day that they were meant to deliver my things (after my move from Pretoria to Cape Town) they arrived at my new flat with less than half of my household content. When i phoned the owner of VIP movers she said she did not even know about it. She was extremely rude and shouted at me and then refused to speak to me. The thing is VIP movers use Key movers to do relocations so they actually never know where your things are. After full settlement of my invoice Michal from vip then informed me that if i didnt pay another R3000 i would not get my things. Clearly i had no rights and no choice so i paid the money. That friday the rest of my load was meant to arrive, again the move came without the other half of my corner couch and up until today i do not have the other half of my couch. I have never in my life experienced anything like this, if you want the worst experience in your life then you must use this company.
