The worst service provider you will ever use to move

I spoke to Michael early in December, she promised I would have my belongings delivered on the 02/01/2018. The packers came on the 29/12/2017, used small boxes unnecessarily and told us that they We cheaper and Michael quoted us the fees for bigger boxes and refuses to acknowledge the mistake. We waited on the day of the pick up for the truck to come and we got stood up without notification, called Michal and did we get a screaming of note, refused to take responsibility at any point!!! Now I have been notified that my belongings will be delivered on Friday 05/01/2018.I am stuck in Cape Town without my belongings, all because of dealing with *********** movers. Rather under promise and over deliver than over promise and under deliver!!! If you use getaquaotation.co.za, DO NOT PICK VIP MOVERS, they are hustlers!
