We had used their services just a month before and everything went well fair and due to that we decided to go with them for a big move. The quote included boxes however on the day of the move. They didn’t come to pack nor did they bring boxes. They moved items strictly on their limited itinerary list. We ended up having to pack last minute and finding an alternative way. Their service was horrible and disrespectful. DO NOT use them unless you want them to move half your things while you scramble to find another moving company to move the other half of your belongings. Their attitude and lack of empathy during a stressful time such as a move was appalling. I wouldn’t even trust them with a pet snake and I have a server disdain for reptiles!
