EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE - MANY HIDDEN COSTS

My husband and I chose VIP Movers because they offered the best quote on [URL Removed] but this was a very bad decision, unfortunately. They did not arrive when agreed, nor the following day. They arrived a week later when we were unavailable to be present at the pick-up, and then charged us for fictitious \extra volume"of goods. They then doubled the storage fee (from R650 to R1150) and later insisted that they had only charged us R850 per month"
