DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP AND ***** YOUR MONEY!

I decided to use VIP movers in Dec 2018 because they had they best quote available. I paid deposit as requested and then awaited their arrival to pick my goods.

They did not arrive on the date agreed and postponed indefinitely because their truck broke down. in the interim i had to vacate the premises i was in, the landlord gave me an additional 2 days but VIP could not confirm when or if they are coming to collect my goods. by the third day all my belongings had to go and therefore i was stranded with my goods outside and VIP did not offer any assistance to collect my things to storage or whatsoever. Instead i was consistently phoning them and email to find out when they are coming.

This being the case, and being in a new city whilst my goods were stranded in my old city, i had to find an alternative solution which i did, i then proceeded to request that VIP refund my deposit, to date they have not refunded me, going as far as to say that i have forfeited my deposit when they are the ones who did not fulfil their contractual obligations.

i am still fighting for my refund an month and a half later!!!

BE WARNED THESE PEOPLE ARE *******, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER ON THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS
