Bad Service

We were very disappointed in the service we received from VIP movers, our furniture was collected on Thursday I from Johannesburg and should have been delivered to us in Durban on the Monday, when Monday came we were told that the other customer we were sharing with had an accident, ( which I don't think was correct)the truck had to wait to collect his furniture, and we would receive it on Tuesday, the Truck then apparently broke down, and we finally received our furniture on Thursday, when I spoke to the lady from interlink, who VIP use, she said that delivery was only scheduled to deliver on Tuesday, . Michal had no intention of delivery on Monday, they said that to secure the delivery. We were lucky as we had accommodation , do they pay hotel bills etc for other families who don't have alternative accommodation, still waiting for follow ups and apologies
