Man in my hotel room

I had a really disturbing trip in Maputo this week, me, as a young woman, traveling alot, always aware and conscious of my safety. I go to the VIP hotel on a regular basis, and often happened that someone tries to get into my room, Luckily i always keep it locked. But unfortunately, when you go out, you cannot lock, so basically anyone can ask for my room number on a card and have access to my room, (if hotel personnel don't know how to do their job). so I was settled in my room, I left for a flight, and came back that night at about 12:00, as I opened my door, my tv was on, and bed all messed up, so luckily I had people I know on the same floor, I asked them to come with me, so there was a guy, naked in MY BED, in MY HOTEL room, (he saw all my clothes there, yet he entered the room?) he used my stuff in the bathroom, and food in my fridge, so I grabbed my stuff and left the room, (the man did not talk to us), and went to reception to tell them,I spoke to the manager, never got an apology, no food voucher, nothing! I think it is absolutely POOR, PATHETIC service for a 5 star hotel, with NO customer service or awareness of safety!! I would never recommend for anyone to go there!!
