Master of excuses

Unfortunatley we also paid almost R10 000 deposit to Claude At first we experienced his diligece with doing a quote but when it came to the due date the following excuses was received.

The last excuse they were presummably on their way to our site but then experienced a vehicle accident. If this is true I will apologise, but if not, i really dont know how Claude sleeps at night.

Day 1. The Product was not ready Day 2. The car to fetch the product is broken Day 3. People arrived here, put some product in the cracks and left after 15 minutes with no communication or explanation on what the next step is Day 4. Workers were not available Day 5. Some other project in Dainfern must be finished first Day 6. Weather Day 7. Accident

I am willing to change this review to a 5 star to give his business some consumer confidence back if they can just rock up and do what they were paid for or immediately refund our payment
