Filthy 4 star Hotel

Wall paper peeling in corridors,mouldy smell,carpets filthy,mould in bathroom,grimy shower curtain,got bitten by bedbugs,aircon does not work,old blanket on bed,one English tv channel,tv blurry.One of the worst hotels I have been in Portugal.How they got a 4 star rating astounds me.
