VIP club lies to customers about 24hr delivery.

On Monday Morning I bought a watch from the VIP club. At 8:55am I made a payment, I was also charged a fee of R149 for shipping and handling which meant the package was supposed to be delivered within 24 hrs as per the heading on the website and on the invoice. Today , Wednesday the package still isnt here. I feel there advertising is completely misleading as they should say say 24hr from receiving your payment as they heading, not just 24 hr delivery.<br> <br> <br> Tuesday evening at 6:06 pm I was emailed by VIP club to say that my package is on its way and I can expect it to be delivered to my address within 24 hrs. I have just gotten off the phone with the courier company and they say its in transit from Joburg and I can expect it sometime tomorrow. Thats a minimum delivery time of 72 hours from payment, and a minimum of 36 hours from the order being dispatched.<br> <br> I have complained to the customer support team whereby I was then told im being nasty and mean! I paid for 24hr delivery , VIP club promised 24 hour delivery. VIP club you are not delivering on your promises???
