Sold an old watch

I bought a Michael Kors watch from Vip Club which arrived on tuesday. When I opened it I found the watch had a lot of stratches. Its obvious its an old watch. I emailed them to tell them about this. They said that they dont sell old watches. They said I should send them the pictures as they sent sealed product(the watch was not sealed). I sent them the pictures, they denied that it was their watch, saying I am taking pictures of my old watch. Back and fourth on email they finally said I swapping it and they will gladly go to court.I spent R3500 on these **********! If you intend buying here because of the price, dont! They are **********!
