Refund

I mistakenly sent money into VIP Club's account. I acknowledge my mistake. However they promised me they will refund me last week Friday. I sent all the relevant details. However the response I got on Tuesday 17 November 2015 was that they are \trying to refund you (me) but it says your account number is too short. I then mailed them back my details. Making sure that everything was correct. They haven't responded ever since. All I need is to refunded back. Please assist"
