Faulty Goods Delivered!

I recently(05 Feb 2015) purchased a Diesel watch online at [URL Removed] I felt the watch was going for a good price as I had made a few comparisons online. 3 weeks after the watch was delivered, i noticed the stopwatch had stopped working, the timer as well and some hour markers were falling off. i sent an email to Tanya Stevens in this regard, whose response was for me to send a picture of the watch. a few days later with no feedback i wrote to VIP Club once again, and my mail was rep**** to by Cameron Jamies saying that she'd get back to me timeously. My fear is that this store/site could be dealing with sub-standard, **** goods. I'm basing this on the price, how long it took for my goods to fall apart and the reaction/service of the above mentioned staff once i brought it to their attention. Please be very careful should you be tempted to purchase anything from VIP Club.
