VIP Cars are thieving ********s!

VIP Cars are scrupulous and thieving! I wanted to manage my booking for a day earlier on their booking site but could not do it. Upon contacting them, I was told to cancel and re-book. I decided to make other traveling arrangements and therefore asked for a refund. They told me there is no refund, even though they had deducted a cancellation fee! ******!
