VIP Cars are ****** and dishonest!

I have reserved a vehicle from 09/07/2024 - 12/07/2024 on VIP Cars website. After making card payments and receiving booking details for collection, hardly a minute later, I discovered I had mistakenly entered the collection date a later than I actually needed it. After several unsuccessful attempts to change/manage my booking details, I called Alamo, the company that supplies the rented vehicle, to ask if they could amend my booking. They told me that only VIP Cars can do that.

I then emailed VIP Cars about the matter. They told me to cancel the original booking and make another booking. I was also told there was a cancellation fee and would get refund after 3 working days. I made other arrangements for my transportation needs and therefore didn't make another booking. When I requested a refund, they informed that there is no refund upon cancellation.

This is daylight ******* and malpractice. This is unacceptable in any language. I hope they choke on the money they have ****med from customers.
