Vioteq securities came out to my place to do a repair on my gate motor. They replaced a part and completed the work. They were paid immediately on completion of the work. Two weeks later I have the same problem with the gate. Vioteq make continuous promises about coming out to sort the issue but never do. As it is a security hazard I am forced to source another service provider to do the same work over again., and obviously pay again. Vioteqs workmanship is shoddy and who knows what kind of parts they use as replacement parts. STAY AWAY from these guys.
