Unprofessional service

I had an appointment for 8:00, however by 8:05 the shop was still closed so me and my wife bought coffee opposite the shop at KFC.

By 8:15 the shop only opened. I walked in and was asked to wait a minute.

The next thing I was informed is that the technician is not in yet however he will be in after 20 minutes.

I wrote on an email that I have a meeting in Maraisburg at 9:30, however I was assured that they would be finished by then.

At 8:50 I was advised that the technician will be there in 30 minutes. That's a total wait for almost an hour.

It is shocking that this service is given by a reputable establishment and myself being in the Corporate environment as a Industrial Relations Manager can also not believe how the employees are and how they are influencing the business negatively.

This blatant lack of customer service with a customer having a booking. They did not even apologise, I just had to wait.
