Terrible! Take your money and disappear!!

Beware! The website vinylrecordswarehouse.co.za looks legit so I placed an order for LP's on the 18th of December and my order has still not arrived. The email address does not work. The Whatsapp customer service works, but very slow to respond and usually just have lame excuses blaming their suppliers and saying they will 'look into it'. They advertise 10-21 business days for imports on their website which is fair - however it's now been 60 business days and no response or reason for the delay!!!! I have sent several messages via Whatsapp in the past few weeks and am just being ignored. Asked for a refund and was also ignored. Stay away!
