No delivery, no customer service

This business’s customer service is non existent. I placed an order in September 2023, order has not been delivered in February 2024. I have been trying to get in touch since October, to no avail. They are a purely online store, no physical address. Their email *** does not go through. They blocked me on their cellphone *** without providing any information on my order. They are really ************* & don’t provide updates on order besides the “processing” notification once payment has gone through. Do not trust these people, they just take your money and disappear off the face of the earth
