Product misrepresentation and bad service overall

Disgusted with the service I received. I explained my needs to them and they recommended a product they said would be perfect, the product they sold to me was not the same as what they show on their website and of course cannot be used for my needs unless I modify it.

Now it is a 101 excuses and now I need to add extra bolts and change springs to make it work for me. Of course, no refund even though the unit was never used.

They'll do anything for a sale. There are better companies to support in Durban, I will be supporting Sytech Supplies from now.
