Vintage Sky Studios took my money

Good day. In April 17 I made full payment of R2800 on an order I made to Sharon the owner of the company listed above. I order 2 weaves and had requested it be sent via pep paxi but unfortunately she opted for courier guy who never delivered. I communicated again with her in June and she said she was sick and we had agreed on a full cash refund and I was too order when she was ready. No transfer was made. The 2nd week of June I call, sms, emailed nothing, I was blue ticked on WhatsApp. In the company number +*** I was able to get hold of her assistant who said Sharon had left instructions that she will handle my order when she returns but still I wasn't given her private number so I can at least be at ease. My Instagram post under their page were deleted until I called them out, my cell phone number and work number a blocked, my whatsapp messages go unattended. I honestly need assistance in the matter as I feel disappointed, disrespected by this company more especially Sharon. They have attended to every influencer but not me.
