Money first and demand your hair

I bought hair 2024 around June /July not sure. I saw it on Sharon the owners WhatsApp status and it said 10 units left. I paid and also paid forr courier. To my supprise, no communication from her side, no dilivery, i waited over a year. She would say she's in china. Will send WhatsApp and no reply,will ask foe refund and be told theres no refund .I was hurt more than ****ed cause i wantwd to use rhe hair on a special occasion and i didn't. Only this year last month after endless WhatsApp that i was sending her, eventually i got my hair. And my first option was to get my refund cause i didn't know if she will send good quality or just send any hair to keep me off her back. Unfortunately i have not fit the hair cause iv got knotless braids on. But her business ethics is questionable or mybe she has her own special customers. It was painful to see her post reviews from customers who recieved their hair she would even post their WhatsApp message, id ask myself how come cause its over a year since i paid for my hair. I told myself i will never ever buy from her, she also did the same to my sister, we paid around the month. 😡. She never apologized, once i was doing my follow up she put the blame on her assistant and iv never communicated with the assisted.
