Dont be in retail if you dont understand customer support.

Like the other reviews for this business, Vintage Joint, my experience has been somewhat suspect, to say the least. How can you be an online retail business with WhatsApp that does not work, a phone that does not ring, and an email that nobody replies to? Not even an auto reply. Their chatbot has no option to speak to support. Clearly, this business was conceived as someone's side hustle that has not been taken seriously. If you are going to take a month to deliver a product, then say that. Dont say 15 days, and it takes 30 days.
