Terrible Experience – No Product, No Refund

I canceled my order within 12 hours, but four months later, I still have no product or refund. To make matters worse, when I check my order number, there’s no trace of it. I’ve had to post on multiple platforms to get their attention, yet they still haven’t resolved this. Avoid this shop if you value your money and time!
