Very bad company

I am under debit review with company I paid them in the beginning for all the administration and after care R11000 I paid them 13000 for court but the can't show me the hard copy of the order They don't want to give a statement of my account They don't want me to transfer from they want R3600 for after care which I paid in the beginning of joining them The drop the phone calls in my ears
