Exceptional experience

Often people are so quick to complain, but in this instance, I was so blown away by the exceptional service at The Vineyard Hotel, Cape Town.<br> I held my sister's kitchen tea for 12 guests at The Square restaurant at the hotel, and although they do not take bookings over the weekend, they accommodated us by reserving the space without any additional cost. <br> The breakfast was out of this world, and very well priced for the service and quality of food available. <br> We also asked if a child could join, and they did not even charge for her.<br> It was relaxed, and our waitress was so friendly, and although we were there for two hours, we did not feel rushed because the breakfast was closing. <br> All around a great experience, and really made her day very special. <br> We will definitely be joining for the breakfast in the near future.
