Vindocs - No Docs

I suspect this is a total Rip-off, if not a bit of a ****- I was foolish enough to pay R199 (when others can also give pretty much zero info online, for half the price) and what did I get when I thought I would get a "report")? An email with a link that does nothing when you click on it, no matter what you do.. I requested support and an email came back suggesting I use another browser, specifically Chrome, so I downloaded Google Chrome, made it my default browser, even tried restarting, everything under the sun but clicking on that link does absolutely nothing whatsoever.....now the "support" has gone silent, no matter how many times I email him back. I asked if my report can just be emailed to me....nothing.....crickets....
